📌 Important: To ensure safe shipping, boards will come scored and folded. Simply lay the boards flat on its face, on a clean non scratch surface, and tape the seam with clear or white duct tape for a seamless look.

Turnaround Time for shipping: 10-14 business days to allow, design, print and shipping. If needed within 7 business days contact us before ordering. A Rush fee of $75 will apply if we can accommodate.

Proofs: A proof will be sent via text before printing usually in about 5 business days. There will be additional charges, after proofs are sent, to change out any photos so be sure to upload the photos you want to use.  1 revision is included, each revision is $15.

REFUNDS/ DAMAGE: Customer must notify us by phone or by email within 3 business days of delivery if there are any defects discovered in the ordered product or the claim will be denied. In order to properly identify any issues with the product, we reserve the right to request photos or return of the product for verification. If your package arrives damaged, we suggest first reporting the package as damaged with the delivering driver. Make sure to take photos of the damage to the package as well as the damage to its contents/product. If we are not given proper documentation to file a claim (photos of the product AND package), the claim and reorder will be the Customer’s responsibility and we cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed for your reprint. This is for the sake of honesty and quality control. We will not assume that a product is printed incorrectly based solely on a Customer’s word.
