Please note that we custom create most of our items and some of our items will ship directly from our manufacturer. Our current processing time is 5-7 business days for all orders. Estimated delivery of orders, depending on the shipping method that you choose, is approximately 3-5 business days.
Some delays may occur, in processing or shipping, during holidays, bad weather conditions, pandemics and things out of our control. We will communicate processing delays if they go beyond our listed processing times.
Please note that some products may come in separate shipments.
Refunds: We only offer refunds if there was an error on our part.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/ exchanged:
- Personalized items with names or custom wording cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Products that are intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases.
- Perfumes or oils
To complete your exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and name. We will send you instructions on how to send your order back for an exchange.
You may not be granted an exchange if:
- Any item is not in its original condition.
- If the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will process your new order within 3-5 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the error was not on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Errors on our Part:
If an error was made on our part we will remake the item and ship it to you free of charge. We will also send you a return label to return the incorrect item.
