📏 Product Details:
✅ Size: Individual cutouts are 6-8 feet tall (It will be slightly smaller than 8 feet if wanting/needing contour cut). Archway is 9.5 tall by 7.5 feet wide. If a different size is needed for the archway contact us prior to ordering.

Please Note: Each item is sold separately. Listing is for individual pieces, shown from left to right in the product photo—except for the GRAD ARCH. The GRAD ARCH is made up of 3 boards but you order it as 2 boards/panels. Select your design option then the right quantity of boards for your order.

📦 Shipping & Assembly:
🚚 Shipping: $85 for up to 7 boards.
📌 Important: To ensure safe shipping, boards will come scored and folded. Simply lay the boards flat on its face, on a clean non scratch surface, and tape the seam with clear or white duct tape for a seamless look.
Turnaround Time for shipping: 7-10 business days to allow, design, print and shipping.

Proofs: A proof will be sent via text before printing usually in about 5 business days. There will be additional charges, after proofs are sent, to change out any photos so be sure to upload the photos you want to use.

REFUNDS/ DAMAGE: Customer must notify us by phone or by email within 3 business days of delivery if there are any defects discovered in the ordered product or the claim will be denied. In order to properly identify any issues with the product, we reserve the right to request photos or return of the product for verification. If your package arrives damaged, we suggest first reporting the package as damaged with the delivering driver. Make sure to take photos of the damage to the package as well as the damage to its contents/product. If we are not given proper documentation to file a claim (photos of the product AND package), the claim and reorder will be the Customer’s responsibility and we cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed for your reprint. This is for the sake of honesty and quality control. We will not assume that a product is printed incorrectly based solely on a Customer’s word.
